Francesca Cassera

I have been a lawyer since 1995 and admitted to practise before the Court of Cassation since 2011. I began my career in industrial and intellectual property and competition law. Since 2000 I have chosen to focus my advisory and litigation practice on employment law, social security law and trade union law. Since 2012 I have been developing my expertise in data protection law, with particular attention to its application in the employment relationship.

Today I assist private and public organisations throughout Italy, supporting them in the ordinary and extraordinary management of every aspect of the employment relationship, both in administrative proceedings and before the courts.

Since 2016 I have been a subject expert (cultrice della materia) and a member of the examination board for the Labour Law course at the Department of Law of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. I am also a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani and AIDLaSS Forense – Associazione Italiana Forense di Diritto del Lavoro e della Sicurezza Sociale.

I am a trainer and tutor on in-company courses and tailored training programmes, and a speaker and lecturer at employment law conferences and courses for organisations, businesses and professionals, organised by the Councils of the Order of Labour Consultants and training bodies in Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna.

I am the author of articles on employment law topics published in specialist journals and edited volumes.
